Kimbos are definitely unisex. We have made sure that regardless of gender, all needs are met and comfortabiliy, safety, and support expectations are exceeded.

Can children wear Kimbos?

Yes, of course! Young kids operate Kimbos like seasoned pros. They are a wonderful tool to help along potty training too!

Do I need to wear underwear with Kimbos?

Accepted Answer

Kimbos are designed to be worn without underwear, hence the ability to just unzip, squat, and relieve. It is up to you and your comfortability and prefrence. If you would rather wear underwear with them that is fine. Kimbos is still one of the best, most comfortable, and supportive workout/therapy clothing you will ever wear!

How should you wash Kimbos?

Caring for Kimbos is actually stated right on the inside of the care tag.
Treat them like you would a swimsuit. Simply hand wash and then lay them flat to dry.
They are also very durable so wash them as often as you would like.

Can I swim with Kimbos?

Kimbos are very versatile. That makes them great for everything from popping in for a quick swim, aqua therapy, to triathlons. The compression fabric is enduring for great support.

What are the hours of operation for customer service?

Customer service is always available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Moutain Time. This excludes weekends and holidays. Please allow us at least 24-48 hours to get back to you.

How can I modify or change my order after it has been placed?

Easy! If for some reason you have an order that needs modified or change just get in touch with someone at our Kimbos team and we will get you taken care of.

This is not a common practice for us due to the design and process creating our products. For special requests or customizations, please get in touch with our Kimbos team before placing your order to see if we can accomodate you.

Due to the nature of our materials, we do not offer refunds, returns, and exchanges at this time. Please visit our store policy page where we offer a more detailed explanation regarding how we handle these situations here at Kimbos.

Is there extra shipping cost for international orders?

Please be aware for all orders outside the USA, there may be additional shipping costs and fees for which Kimbos is not responsible for. If the shipment is refused and returned back to us you will still be charged for the full shipping rate and restocking fees. There are also no refunds issued on these orders either.
