SHIPPING & RETURNS
US orders arrive approximately within 3-7 days after shipping. For international orders please allow up to 4 weeks after shipping to receive your package. Shipping times may vary for International orders based on your country's customs policies and distance from the United States. I am not responsible for any seizures or extra fees from customs within your country. Tracking is always provided through shipping confirmation emails. Please be sure to check tracking numbers often to ensure that you are able to receive the package at the time of arrival.
Before placing an order please double check that you have provided the correct address.If the address provided is incorrect and you do not contact us to modify it, resulting in your order being shipped back to me, you will be contacted and responsible to re-pay the shipping fee. If you decide you do not want your order after it is sent back to me, you will not receive a refund for your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of my materials, I am unable to offer exchanges at this time. I do not offer refunds on any items, unless personally stated otherwise by me.
In rare circumstances of customization requests, the extra cost that is added for the confirmed customization must be paid for upfront.
Damaged & Lost Items
Kimbos LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged goods that arrive in this state due to carrier mishandling. All items purchased through this website come with free tracking. To file a claim on a damaged package, fill out the form on the USPS website.
You must keep all original packaging and contents, provide photos/proof of the damage, and have the ability to go to the post office after the claim has been processed if they require an in person review. There is no guaranteed refund even if you decide to file a claim.
